Excavation and pool shell fabrication

Experienced sales representatives will design and create a backyard paradise at your home. The latest in three dimensional enhancements makes the process simple to understand.

Once the decision has been made the permitting process begins. County governments require different documents for each permit. This process will be taken care of by Holiday Pools once the documents are produced.

Once the permit has been issued the, layout process starts. Trained Holiday pools personnel will transform the design from paper to the ground. Digging will then commence to follow the layout of the design.

All dimensions of the length, width, and depth are inspected before forming the steel and celotex, these products hold the 6 inches of concrete gunite. Plumbing will also be added at this time. The first inspection will now be scheduled for the county to inspect this phase of the construction.

Once this has passed inspection the concrete will be applied pneumatically by the gunite process and hand shaped to form the shell.

Pool deck grading and plumbing

The deck grading is done after the concrete shell has been formed. Prior to the adding of the deck the plumbing will be installed to the equipment pad.

Another government inspection is now done. Once this has passed all county requirements the deck is ready for concrete or paver brick. A variety of colors and patterns are available for the homeowner to select.

Electrical and plumbing

After the deck has been poured the equipment installed carries the best warranties in the business. Holiday pools installs the top of the line pumps and filters. Many accessories such as salt generators, waterfalls, rock formations and tile will be added at this stage.

Pool interior finish and safety barrier

The stone finishes come in a variety of colors for the homeowners to select. Our hand applied products will waterproof the shell for years to come. Prior to the filling of the pool, the safety barrier items per code must be installed including cage structure or fence.

Pool cage, deck surfacing and startup
